February 12, 2024CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS
11th February 2024- Annual Retreat in Malayalam will be held from Monday 12th February to Thursday 15th February from 08.00 PM to 09.30 PM in the Church.
- Baptism Preparation Seminar for Parents and Godparents will be on Tuesday, 13th February at 08.00 PM. The last date for the registration is 12th February.
- 14th February is Ash Wednesday. The Mass timings are as follow:
: 05.00 pm, 06.00 pm & 07.00pm in the Church
Mass in Tagalog : 08.15 pm in the Parish Hall
Mass in Malayalam : 08.15 pm in the Church
Mass in Syro Malankara : Monday 12th February at 05.00 am in the Parish Hall
Mass in Syro Malabar : Monday 12th February at 08.00 pm in the Church- Fasting & Abstinence is observed on Ash Wednesday and Fridays. During the Lenten season, we omit “Alleluia” and “Gloria”. The faithful are reminded not to bring any flowers to decorate the Altar /Sanctuary. Instead, you may bring your love offerings for the poor and needy.
- Stations of the Cross in English during lent will be at 05.00 am and 06.20 pm everyday followed by regular Holy Masses.
- Stations of the Cross in Malayalam will be on Wednesdays at 08.00pm.
- Stations of the Cross in other languages, Arabic, Konkani, Marathi, Singhalese, Tagalog, Tamil and Urdu, will be on Sundays prior to the respective language masses.
- There will be a special Holy Mass with Adoration on Saturday 17th February at 9.15 AM for the students who are appearing the Board Exams of all curriculum.
- Jesus Youth of our parish is organizing one day Youth Programme in English and Malayalam for the unmarried youth from 18th to 35 years in the month of April on the First Day of Eid Holiday. For registration, you may approach the registration counter in the Church compound.
