- Wednesday 8th September is the feast of Nativity of Blessed Virgin Mary. Other communities of our parish celebrate the feast on following days:
- Mangalorean Community: Thursday 9th September at 07.45 pm. On this day, the Syro Malabar mass at 08.15 pm is cancelled.
- Marathi Community: Friday 10th September at 10.30 am in Assisi chapel
- Tamil Community: Friday 10th September at 11.30 am. On this day, the Konkani mass at 12 noon is cancelled and the Syro Malankara mass is rescheduled to 03.00 pm in the Church.
- September 12th is the anniversary of Religious Profession of Bishop Paul Hinder. We shall pray for the mission and ministry of our Bishop.
- Baptism Preparation Seminar for parents and godparents will be on Monday 13th of September from 8 pm to 9 pm. The last date for the registration is 12th of September.
- We remind the faithful that registrations can still be made for the Golden Jubilee Souvenir Medals and to contribute towards the Golden Jubilee Souvenir Book. Since many of ‘My Sacrifice Tins’ are not returned, we request you to kindly return them before 20th September. A kind request to all the faithful to coordinate, cooperate and involve in all Golden Jubilee activities. We do appreciate and thank all who are generously contributing towards this event.
- We shall have 9 days novena to conclude the Golden Jubilee celebrations of our parish. The first day of novena begins on 22nd September. The concelebrated thanksgiving high mass for the Golden Jubilee will be on Friday, 01st October. Further details will be notified later.
- Catechism registration (English) for the year 2021-2022 is now open. For new admissions, you can register by visiting the church website www.stmichaelssharjah.org. Children who have already registered, need not register again. You will receive an email informing you of your new grade and section.
