CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS

We request all those who have given ads for the Golden Jubilee souvenir, to kindly send the artwork/photograph/article by Monday 20th September.
We remind the prayer group coordinators and community leaders to return ‘My Sacrifice Tins’ before 20th of September.
We will have the General Absolution on 24th, 25th and 26th of September, i.e. Friday, Saturday and Sunday before all obligatory masses
In view of the Golden Jubilee celebration, Family Ministry is leading the novena on the 5th day followed by Mass in the church and so we request those faithful who celebrate their birthdays and wedding anniversaries for the month of September to join the celebration on Sunday 26th September at 07.00 pm.
Sunday 26th September is the World Day of Migrants and Refugees. The Holy Father used the occasion to call attention to the fact that the day was not only about migrants or refugees, but also vulnerable people at the margins of society, excluded or abandoned in any way.
Marriage Preparation Course in English will be conducted online on 07th and 08th of October. The last date for the registration is 03rd of October.

On Thursday 30th September and Friday 1st October, except for the masses in English, all the other language masses are cancelled. On Thursday 30th September, we will have the mass at 06.00pm instead of 07.00pm.
In view of the Golden Jubilee Celebration of our parish, we shall have nine days special novena from 22nd September to 30th September for which we have invited priests from different parishes to celebrate the Holy Mass and to preach.
On 23^rd, 29^th and 30^th of September, we have special spiritual activities. On Thursday 23^rdSeptember, after 07.00pm mass, we have a special talk by Fr. Michael Senfuma. On Wednesday 29th September, after 07.00pm mass, we have a special talk for 40 mins by Fr. Michael Payyapilly. On Thursday 30th September, after the 06.00pm mass, we will have the band ‘Masterplan’ performing live in the Parish Hall.
On Friday 1^st October, we will have the English masses in the morning as usual and in the evening, we will have the Golden Jubilee Thanksgiving High mass celebrated by our Bishop Paul Hinder at 05.00pm and 07.00pm. All the faithful are invited for these 2 special masses and for the Golden Jubilee blessing. We have requested the 2 neighboring churches to provide space to accommodate our faithful.
