        4^th Sunday of Lent – 31^st March 2019
 

1. Lenten Mission

A warm welcome to Bishop Mar Joseph Pamplani who is here to animate  the Parish Lenten Mission from Monday, 1 ^st April to Thursday 4 ^th April from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm . All parishioners are requested to attend the mission and receive the spiritual benefits. Please note that during retreat all Prayer meetings and other activities in the Church Premises are cancelled

2. Lenten Confession for children

Parents are requested to note the date and time of Children’s Confession for this lent, that is scheduled on Saturday, 6th April from 09 am to 11.30 am. During this day, children will have the preparation from 09 am to 09.30 am followed by the confession till 11. 30 AM.

3. Bishop’s Meeting with Prayer Group Coordinators on April 13 in Abu Dhabi

Further to mail sent out, all prayer group coordinators please register for the meeting with the Bishop on Saturday13th April at 3.30 pm.  Please ensure the registration mail be sent before Mar 31. In case you need any clarification please contact the parish office or your spiritual directors. It is mandatory that all Prayer Groups associated with this Parish are represented at this meeting. Please refer the noticeboard for more details.

4. Baptism preparation Seminar

Baptism Preparation Seminar will be held on Monday 8 ^th April from 8 pm to 9 pm    at St. Francis of Assisi Chapel. April 7 ^th is the last day for registration

5. Marriage Preparation Course in Malayalam Postponed

Two days Marriage Preparation Course in Malayalam is postponed to 25 ^th and 26 ^th of April. For more details, please contact parish Office.

6. Sacrament of reconciliation

Priests are available for  Confession before and during the Mass.

7. Proposed New Lay Ministers

The photos of our parishioners who are being considered for service as Ministers of Holy Communion are displayed on the notice board. If anyone knows of a reason why any of the candidates should not serve in this capacity, please inform the Parish Priest or any other co-priests on or before Sunday, 7 ^th April, 2019.

8. My Lenten Sacrifice Envelope

Every family and individual is requested to take the “My Lenten Sacrifice for the poor and needy envelopes” which are available at Church entrances and Parish Office and return them before the Palm Sunday with your Lenten Sacrifice.

9. Pope Souvenir Goody Bag

Pope Souvenir Goody Bags are available with clearance price of AED 10. Parishioners are encouraged to buy Goody bags. The proceeds will go to Pope’s Charity Fund
